The Coordinator, Immunology reports directly to the Head of Immunology, Canada, and manages simultaneously numerous administrative tasks and responsibilities inherent and in support to immunology brand and commercial teams.
• Coordinate, participate and write minutes in all Immunology Leadership Team meetings (ILT), extended ILT & Launch excellence meetings.
• Aid the Head of Immunology with presentations, draft memos, letters, e-mails when appropriate & registration to congresses/events.
• Prepare, coordinate and execute special events.
• Act as a liaison to the Therapeutic Area (TA) coordinators in Immunology to identify and share best practices and assist on coordination of special projects.
• Assist the team with current projects or with specific information requests.
• Monthly tracking of Promotional budget with Finance.
• Conduct various administrative tasks (maintain several list databases, manage Immunology division Outlook calendar and invitations, answer calls, contact lists, take messages and respond to internal and external customers inquires, assure that all communications are properly filed and saved).
• Participate in task forces looking to streamline our internal processes.
• Onboard new employees (Full system training and ensuring proper system access).
Requirements:
• College level degree in administration or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Strong communicator, oral and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Solid experience with SAP
• Experience in Pharma industry is a strong asset.
