SUMMARY
Coordinate Global Service Experience and Education program and service needs. Primary responsibilities include working closely with Vice President, Global Service Experience and Education on calendar, meeting planning, travel arrangements, invoicing and reconciliation of department budget monthly. Coordinate supplies and materials for Education meetings, organize Global Consumer Care follow-up with markets, compile monthly team newsletter for Education Managers and support Global Service Experience and Education team with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process Global Service Experience and Education department invoices, including monitoring of payment status, necessary cross-charges, reconciliation of monthly Departmental expenses and ongoing updates with VP Global Service Experience and Education and Finance team.
• Reconcile department meeting card; process monthly expenses for VP, Global Service Experience and Education and VP Advocacy and Artistry Programming.
• Ongoing calendar management for VP Global Service Experience and Education; calendar support for VP Advocacy and Artistry Programming as needed.
• Support Global Consumer Care Insights program by attending monthly meetings, sharing key insights with team and following up with markets accordingly on complaints and compliments.
• Organize weekly Team Action Meeting including creation of weekly agenda and facilitation of meeting.
• Support VP Global Service Experience and Education with internal CliftonStrengths sessions including distribution of assessment codes and materials.
• Assist VP Global Service Experience and Education in meeting planning, including sourcing meeting locations, travel arrangements for guests/presenters, and planning of audio/visual and other needs.
• Forecast department product needs/lab samples; manage orders and product closet for department.
• Oversee travel arrangements for VP Global Service Experience and Education and VP Advocacy and Artistry programming (as needed).
• Work with Global Service Experience and Education team members to compile information for monthly informational newsletters to Education Managers in markets globally; organize information and distribute newsletter monthly.
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in similar environment and role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, and flexibility
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader, Adobe Publisher, IMW, CPMS and SAP
• Strong team player
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26.75 to $39.75. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
