POSITION SUMMARY
Key support role reporting directly to the Director of Global Communications and Influencer Relations. This role will support all Global Communications activities, including press/influencer relations, Fashion Week/events, and day-to-day management of PR programs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting Director and PR Agency in press/influencer outreach and award submissions.
• Coordination of product shipments to press, influencers and hair stylists.
• Responsible for keeping editorial product closet stocked and organized.
• Editorial Reports - Responsible for tracking all Bumble and bumble press coverage, awards, compiling bi-weekly internal updates and analyzing results.
• Support press initiatives by creating press materials (product fact sheets, press releases, pitches)
• Help build and maintain relationships with beauty/lifestyle/trade press.
• Compile and maintain evergreen media lists and lists' specific to target audience and campaign goals.
• Event production support, including hosting editors and influencers backstage at Fashion Week.
• Identifying and vetting potential influencer partners by utilizing Influencer marketing tools like Tribe.
• Drafting contracts and compiling briefs for influencer partners.
• Coordination with Social Media team for amplification of PR efforts.
• Responsible for communicating with salon team to coordinate press and influencer salon appointments.
• Compile press and influencer mailers to support launches and initiatives as needed.
• Handle invoicing for all vendors and influencers - responsible for tracking spend and liaising with Finance to ensure paperwork is accurately submitted and payment is received on time.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous PR/communications experience (Internship or full time) at a beauty or fashion company.
• Problem Solving and Critical thinking skills required.
• Ability to work in a face-pace environment with aggressive project timelines.
• Able to handle and resolve unexpected issues that may arise.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Always strives for excellence in execution.
• Highly organized and able to handle several projects at any given time.
• Strong computer skills. Word, Excel, Power point, Adobe photo shop.
• General knowledge and interest in the hair and fashion industry, influencer marketing, social media, and trends.
• Knowledge of Tribe and/or Launchmetrics is a plus.
• Ability to work evening or weekend hours at specific times of heavy workload, specifically bi-yearly fashion weeks or events.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26.75 to $39.75. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
