Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Provide order fulfillment in the administration of the ONE Programs to include: telephone coverage of customers, data entry of all calls and correspondence, making follow-up phone calls, handling any written correspondence, and other pending orders service requests.Provide verification of eligibility and contractual arrangements for types of services per Health Plan specific direction.Coordinate all services and care per contractual arrangements, policy, and workflow.Complete appropriate documentation in designated system for all reviews and tasks associated with completing an order.Provide assistance to Providers, health plans, other staff, and referral sources while educating and supporting the Utilization Management program.Complete appropriate documentation in designated system for all reviews and tasks associated with completing an order.Provide assistance to Providers, health plans, other staff, and referral sources while educating and supporting the Utilization Management program.Handle any provider/beneficiary/health plan calls.Participate in after-hours/weekend/holidays support for the department as scheduled.Provides excellent customer service both to internal and external customers, while meeting daily goal requirements.Ensures orders are processed timely and efficiently to ensure that Plan Member receives their orders within the guidelines of contract.Promotes a conducive and positive work environment.Completes other task as needed.

Required Qualifications
Possesses high school diploma or equivalent.1+ years of experience in healthcare industryPositive and professional phone presenceProficient in Microsoft Office and Windows productsKnowledge of medical terminologyWorking knowledge of computerized medical management systems and/or web-based programsStrong interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written communicationDetail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple, competing, priorities and is extremely organizedAbility to analyze processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve efficiencies
