We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Event and Education Coordinator to join our field team. This role primarily focuses on organizing, planning, and executing educational events, workshops, and seminars, aimed at promoting our brand's products and educating customers, professionals, and stakeholders within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Support the development of education events, workshops, masterclasses and seminars in line with the brands vision and market needs in collaboration with the field education training managers. Support the coordination and execution of events, workshops, masterclasses and seminars in line with the brands vision and market needs in collaboration with the field education training managers. Coordinate and oversee all logistics for events, including door/venue/platform selection, vendor management, equipment, and material sourcing, and event staffing. Collaborate with field education teams (branded and commercial) to contribute to educational content that aligns with industry trends and brand objectives. Maintain and audit event budgets, and report to the Field Education Training Managers, Education Directors and/or Field Sales Directors on any discrepancies or cost saving initiatives. Support and coordinate post-event evaluations and analysis to gauge the success and areas for improvement of educational programs in collaboration with Field Sales Executives and Education teams. Create and maintain relationships within the Estee Lauder network and industry to support event participation and partnerships. Support the development of educational and event materials, resources, and programs for both professionals and consumers, promoting the brand's products and industry expertise. Contribute to marketing efforts by providing insights and content for promotional materials related to educational events. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to ensure the relevance and competitiveness of our educational initiatives.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $23.13 to $34.66. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.

Qualifications
0-3 years' experience in cosmetic retail experience required, including consultations, event execution, and selling ability. Highschool diploma and/or equivalent education in a relevant field Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Solid understanding of product knowledge, events, operations, retail culture and cosmetic industry. Excellent communication skills Ability to quickly establish relationships and influence others to action Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Must be able to stand and walk for length of shift. Ability to lift at least 30lbs Must have valid drivers license
