Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support E-Commerce operations and performance of multiple MLB platforms Manage and grow ecommerce & authentication relationships with MLB/PDL clubs and licensed vendors. Coordinate product lifecycle from launch to sale, which may include: Collection/organization of assets Development and execution of integrated marketing promotions and cross platform campaigns Support warehouse relationship and Fulfillment Center on special requests (order reporting, tracking) Financial support for clubs/vendors; invoice requests, sales reporting, etc. Daily site maintenance and troubleshooting for E-commerce platforms. Manage customer service inquiries and communication through Sales Force. Work cross functionally to support MLB E-commerce/MLB authentication business objectives Provide back-up support to MLB Operations Team as required (data integrity review, CS resolution)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, including experience with content management and/or site production. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills a plus. Experience with Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of HTML and Email Marketing a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Strong analytical skills. Ability to think creatively, work independently and be a solution-based thinker. Ability to multi-task within a fast paced, changing environment, and the ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines. A passion/understanding for sports and baseball acumen Why MLB?

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $58,500 - $65,000
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
