Position Summary
This position is responsible for developing and delivering network inventory data reporting and analytics. The Coordinator evaluates the overall network inventories to identify areas of risk and opportunities. A core responsibility is to evaluate Distributor inventories through order exception analytics and provide guidance to the Customer Management execution team. In addition, the Analysis coordinator will provide general support to the Customer Management group and will carry out responsibilities with the same customer service focus.
Responsibilities
Utilizes MicroStrategy to develop weekly and monthly inventory on hand reporting with the purpose of assisting the teams in managing both Constellation and distributor inventory levels. Inventory reports will identify risks and opportunities throughout the network and specify priorities at individual distribution centers.Manage weekly/monthly KPIs and communicate operational opportunities and risks to CM to be used in collaboration with 3PL vendors, distributors and Business Operations.Oversees the maintenance and distribution of exception reporting and ensures members of Business Operations and wholesalers receive accurate data in a timely fashion.Provides daily and ad-hoc inventory and customer ordering reporting and exception analytics.Provide actionable insights and exceptions to the Customer Management execution coordinators where past and/or projected inventory is not meeting expectations at our distributor partners.Participates in regular KPI/operational reviews with distributor partners in conjunction with CMCreates and distributes inventory management KPIs to designated Supply Chain and Sales associates. Trouble shoots underperforming metrics and develops a plan to increase compliance levels.Assists with special projects such as supplier presentations, requests to collect data for financial audits, departmental mass mailings, cost analyses, etc. Presents at wholesaler and internal meetings as requested to review Supply Chain topics.Cross-trains with other department personnel.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or job equivalent experience is requiredExperience with customer service and problem resolution customer interaction.Requires well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels. Requires a high customer service focus and the ability to problem solve to meet and exceed customer expectations.Must be willing and able to travel as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalent software) is required. Must be comfortable working with computers and have the ability to learn new software. Experience with ERP software preferred.Knowledge and experience with business information reporting tools, especially current version of MicroStrategy is preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn internal software applications and specialized customer tools as required.Must be a detail-minded, analytical, deadline-oriented self-starter who has the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Must be willing to learn and acquire new skills and abilities.Must be willing to work overtime when necessary (i.e., late evenings, some Saturdays, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with accounting procedures and/or inventory control is preferred.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment

The salary range for this role is:
$26.27 - $37.80
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
