The creative coordinator role is a dynamic, communicative, and highly organized individual who thrives in project management in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Home Entertainment creative team and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
This candidate should have excellent time management skills, organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines to help support and streamline workflows and prioritize requests. They should be able to work individually while also working well within a team.
This position requires the ability to understand technical attributes across deliverables, as well as exceptional communication and prioritization skills are required.
Essential Responsibilities:
Route Home Entertainment campaign elements for internal and external parties for feedback and approvals
Digital asset management and organization on Mac including gathering, manipulating, and distributing various digital media assets including layered key art files, photography, etc.
Set up projects and tasks on various online management systems
Manage and archive creative artwork from internal and external parties
Coordinate the routing and delivery of artwork for various titles with different due dates.
Ensure specific artwork guidelines and delivery directions are followed
Stay up to date on all requirements in a continuously evolving digital landscape
Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team
Manage high volume of emails, timelines, and remain in constant communication with team members
Ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous projects and tasks from Creative Directors

Basic Requirement:
Minimum 1 year of marketing or related experience managing projects
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, working with web-based systems, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel

Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-task, and work well in a fast-paced environment
Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities

Prior internship and/or entertainment or creative agency experience preferred
Experience and knowledge of Audio/Video formats preferred
Familiar with corporate PO systems, billing and invoicing preferred

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
