Job Description
Brindar soporte y dirección en los procesos de solución de problemas a los ingenieros que se desempeñan como líderes de grupo.
Soportar y cuidar que se lleve un seguimiento asertivo del sistema de refacciones.
Administrar al personal sindicalizado, reportes de retardos, ausentismo, tiempo extra.
Seguimiento, supervisión y retroalimentación a sus equipos de trabajo en el cumplimiento efectivo de Business Plan.
Seguimiento, supervisión y retroalimentación de cumplimiento a los sistemas de trabajo de la planta derivados del GMS, como son: Auditorias escalonadas, shift to shift, WPO

En Sitio: Esta posición requiere trabajo presencial en sitio a tiempo completo.
Habilidades Requeridas:
Carreras afines: Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica o cualquier ingeniería relacionada.
Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).
Experiencia requerida en posiciones similares: de 2 a 4 años.
Nivel de Inglés: Intermedio -Avanzado
Habilidades Críticas: Conocimiento en ingeniería eléctrica y mecánica, conocimiento en procesos de maquinado CNC, conocimiento en robots FANUC, entendimiento básico de PLC, sistemas de visión y control de torques, interpretación de diagramas hidráulicos, neumáticos y eléctricos.
