Eaton Aerospace's Beltsville, MD facility is currently seeking a Supply Chain Co-Op to join our team.
Our Beltsville, MD manufacturing facility is home to 400+ passionate and creative team members. Our products power hundreds of military and commercial aircraft platforms with a focus on improved reliability, weight reduction and fuel efficiency. Position Overview
In this role, you will develop your technical and analytical skills in supply chain management through materials planning experience for one of our product value streams. You will receive cross-functional exposure, hands on manufacturing experience, and learn from leaders in our facility across supply chain, engineering, and operations. Potential assignments in this role include:

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications
Actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited institution.Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Beltsville, MD.Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.This position requires the use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications
Actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or engineering at an accredited institution Experience in manufacturingExperience with Continuous Improvement projectsProficiency in Power BI is a plus.Experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management
Skills:
Knowledge of planning and scheduling (directs materials replenishment process). Knowledge of manufacturing and production, forecasting and inventory management procedures.Effective communication, analytical and PC skills with the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.Self-motivated and possessing a drive for results.
