The Revenue Protection Unit CO-OP WILL:
Protect Delta's financial assets by ensuring compliance with Delta's policies and procedures Provide process engineering and internal consulting services Investigate and prevent fraud or abuse of corporate ticketing products, SkyMiles loyalty accounts, and credit card transactions Participate in data collection efforts for projects that impact cross-functional departments Develop and implement fraud mitigation measures across a wide array of exposure areas Develop both strategic and tactical plans that creates a safety-conscious environment that results in employee safety and well-being Write and manage various data queries using SQL
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, International Affairs or related field. Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL and data collection methodologies Must be self-sufficient and complete assignments with minimal supervision Must be detail oriented and perform well under pressure Must be eager to accept responsibility and create value-added projects Must demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment Must demonstrate a professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization Must be willing to travel for business up to 10% of the time (domestic and/or international) Must be able to commit to three alternating work semesters Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work with and safeguard confidential and sensitive information Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
