Introduction to the job:

　　ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. 　　This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

　　Role and responsibilities:ASML is currently looking for an Intern for Spring 2024 to assist with different HR projects and initiatives.

　　Education and experience:Must currently be enrolled in a college degree seeking program, or equivalent experience.

　　Preferred majors: Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, Marketing and Social Sciences.

　　Minimum 2 years college coursework completed.

　　Advanced Skills in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel.

　　Preferred internship or work experience in the field of Human Resources or similar field.

　　Preferred GPA - 3.5 and above.

　　Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.

　　While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.

　　The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

　　Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

　　Can work under deadlines.

　　The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise level.

　　Must be willing to work a compressed work week schedule - twelve-hour long shift and rotating from three to four days a week.

　　This must include references to day and night shifts for accommodation purposes.
