Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Conversational Artificial Intelligence Tech Lead to join the Data, Digital, Analytics, Technology organization, to drive the overall user experience for a Conversational AI platform that is helping members to get answers to their health insurance questions through the channel of their choice. In this role you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the overall user experience. This role is responsible for the big picture thinking, strategic direction, presenting to key stakeholders and holding engineering teams accountable for overarching delivery goals.
Skills and Requirements
Experience designing and implementing conversational AI solutions, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment
Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS architectures, and modern technologies
Hands on experience with a front end dialogue using IBM Watson or similar conversational AI tools (ex. Google Cloud Dialog flow, Azure Bot Service, Nuance Mix etc)
Experience with backend development utilizing Java and Node JS
Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Software Engineering null
