Your role will be pivotal in fostering trust and collaboration across various departments, contributing to the success of significant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers across different functions to turn innovative concepts into tangible solutions.
Engage in the integration of conveyor control systems, automated handling equipment, and self-operating vehicles.
Design, update, and manage electrical schematic diagrams.
Develop, test, and refine control system software.
Offer technical guidance in controls and electrical engineering aspects.
Provide on-site support during the commissioning phase.
Handle electrical field wiring tasks and mechanical installations as needed.
Participate in design and software code evaluations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
A minimum of 5 years in control systems engineering with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with a Master's degree in engineering.
Experience in PLC-based systems and Robotic AGV programming.
Proficiency in programming languages like Ladder Logic, C#.
Familiarity with software like Studio 5000/RSLogix, FactoryTalk View, and AutoCAD.
Capable of leading and supporting project development from concept to installation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, both in software and hardware domains.
Excellent communication skills, ability to conduct effective meetings and presentations at all management levels.
Preferred:
Knowledge of servo drive and VFD functionality.
Experience with industrial control systems equipment.
Background in motion control.
SQL Management skills.
Understanding of computer networking principles and structures.
Experience in warehouse operations management or related systems.
