Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for business analytical services to the business, based on customer requirements. Semiautomated and manual analytical services, and one-off (ad-hoc) analytical output.You will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing financial data to track and assess performance against targets and benchmarks. Communicate to business on performance results and implications of presented reports.You will be responsible for giving initial comments and explanations to indicated performance variance. Identify and communicate actionable steps to address variance.You will support business decisions and actions by profitability analysis by Division/BU/PG, Product line, and customer segment.You will support Cash generation and NWC improvement through good AR, AP, Inventory analysis, cash conversion cycle, and NWC reports.You will be responsible for drives, cost savings by good cost development reports, and analysis on material cost, Cost center cost in manufacturing, sales expense, and G&A cost.You will be responsible for providing other management, operation performance KPIs, and ad-hoc reports and analyses based on business requirements.You will be responsible for benchmarking processes, tools, and solutions to further optimize and standardize controlling activities.You will optimize your performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.You will ensure processes and controls within your area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements.You will conduct a balance sheet review and valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, and accrued /pre-paid expenses.You will facilitate the budgeting and forecasting process by communicating guidelines, timetables, and templates as Project Finance Controller.You will be responsible for in Planning/monitoring of revenues, billing, monitoring of margin, stocks, WIP, project provision balance (Warranty/Work due), contract assets, and liabilities (SIE/BIE/Advance). the risk exposure, etc. for the entire duration of the project including cost-control measures.You will closely collaborate with the business line, project management team, and sales team to ensure the project's ongoing health and profitability smoothly change.You will have to control and support sales on contract financial reviews, prepare invoices, follow up with outstanding Account Receivables, and improve the project's cash flow.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity means taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background:
Years of experience in a similar role 5+ years, experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.Excellent skills in MS Excel, and PowerPoint.Good communication skills and project management skills are preferred.Experience in SAP and data analytical tools such as Power BI preferred.Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
