Your mission will be…
To support IT FIN Hub in Lisbon in the different controlling & Digital FIN activities:
Manage the financial processes in the Hub;
Cooperation with the Controlling team in the daily operations;
Execution of regular financial activities such as internal and external billing, cost controlling, Budget and Forecast preparation;
Preparation of reports and support to planning and budget;
Maintain the existing Digital Solutions;
Contribute to the further Digitalization of the processes.
We are looking for someone with…
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT or other similar area;
Fluent English – written and spoken;
Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (advanced);
Good analytical skills, quality, rigor and attention to detail;
Professional ethics, responsibility and problem solving orientation;
Proactivity, priority management and organization;
Very good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with different partners and work as team;
Willing to integrate in an international team;
SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Python and Power APP knowledge is welcome.
