　　What you will be doing

　　Under broad supervision of Customer Service Control Center Supervisor, you will become an integral part of high performing central customer focused team in Vilnius and provide customers courteous, professional, and efficient back-office service at all times. In conjunction with local office, you will be responsible for performing tasks involved in processing orders. You will be point of contact for our selected internal and external customers - usually by phone or via email.

　　Engage in effective communication with external and/or internal customersReceive and reply to enquiries via email, phonePlan and execute shipment ordersProcess orders into TMS (Transport Management System)Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately and in a timely mannerRoute shipments, considering commodity and volume, temperature control, and transit time requirementsProactively monitor and track ongoing shipments, react to any deviationsMaintain accurate information regarding shipment statusCommunicate temperature results asap after delivery, check and note any deviationsProvide customer specific reportingAdhere to all procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements in performing the jobBuild and maintain relationships with other World Courier offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents and suppliers

　　Bachelor's degree (preferred)Previous experience Customer Service settingKnowledge in Logistics would be an advantageFluent in EnglishEffective oral and written communicationProactive customer focusAbility to represent a positive and professional imageGood organizational skills and pay attention to detailStrong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution
