The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to join the Daybreak team located in Fairfax, VA.
A successful member of this team will understand and execute several control accounts for the Daybreak team.
Position Responsibilities:
Plan Control Accounts and Budgets
Control Account Authorization and Management
Setting up charge lines as needed
Review of actuals for proper charging
Weekly status of performance of work against tasks
Partner with engineering and IPT leads for planning, status and reporting
Review actuals on a weekly and monthly basis
Develop and maintain EACs and ETCs time phased over the month
Develop and Monitor Corrective Action Plans
Ownership of variance analysis reports obtaining by partnering with engineering and IPT leads
Manage subcontractors execution integrating into the program EV plan
Generate risks and opportunities against work for cost and schedule, track risks burn down
Create briefing packages and brief monthly to the customer and PMRsOur team is currently hiring for an experience level including: Lead
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an Active U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance pre-start is required and Post-Start ability to obtain a Polygraph is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, or finance
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in Earned Value ManagementEarned Value Management (EVM) silver medallion or higher
Experience working across a team representing multiple skill areas with internal and external resources and customers is preferred
Experience with complex systems development and integration preferred
Experience with leading project execution to complete the work statement is preferred
Experience with Agile/JIRA
Troubleshooting engineering skills
Experience as a CAM or CAM delegate
Typical Education & Experience:
Lead:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range, Lead: $122,400 - $149,600
