Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in Contract Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, or Business Process Management, including the following:
Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience with Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems;
Leading content management, records management or contract management policies, procedures and technologies assessments;
Deploying, implementing and configuring solutions leveraging applications such as: iCertis, Conga [Apttus], Docusign or Coupa;
Leading teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;
Leading development teams responsible for implementing and testing functional requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and supporting deployments;
Securing content, document, records and contract management systems integrating SSO providers (e.g. Okta, Ping, OneLogin) and/or LDAP/Active Directory solutions;
Migrating large data sets from legacy and/or proprietary data stores to best in class content and contract management platforms using vendor provided or customized ETL solutions;
Leading client requirements, project workflow, budgets, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written materials with attention to business and/or technical audience;
Applying a broad range of experiences with server, desktop, network, database and application server architectures, to deliver large scale transformation projects;
Providing clients with recommendations and guidance around Contract Lifecycle Management systems; and,
Communicating value propositions and management of sales pursuits and the development of proposals in response to RFI/ RFP's.
