Clean Energy Results Program
Gap III Energy Grant Program - Project Management and Research
1. Review and organize quarterly Grantee progress reports and final reports on the project deliverables.
2. Perform project tracking and results, via IMeet database, energy management tracker and/or spreadsheets as needed.
3. Work with MassDEP's GIS group to update and post all new Gap III projects into our program story map.
4. Provide energy research assistance as needed for ongoing high priority projects, including opportunity for future Gap Grant procurement.
5. Work with CERP Director and MassDEP's website POC to reorganize and enhance the CERP presence on the agency website.
6. Proactively make recommendations to CERP Director and key staff on social media platform visibility.
Water Utility Resiliency Program (WURP)- Resiliency Assessments or Implementation Projects
• Work with WURP staff to ensure cross-program continuity, develop storytelling products, and confirm grant recipients have been responsive to WURP data requests.
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have experience and knowledge in both energy and water / wastewater management (including energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies), building science technology and related codes (e.g. stretch code, passive house), project management and oversight, financial skills, conducting field inspections. A background or familiarity with economic analysis is a plus. Computer skills and experience with respect to database use, cloud-based file sharing platforms, energy tracking software, word processing, drafting technical documents, and use of spreadsheets is highly desirable.
