CBRE GWS ricerca una candidatura da assumere per il ruolo di Contract Support – Assistente di Commessa a Torino .
Il Contract Support – Assistente di Commessa è una figura cardine del gruppo di lavoro dedicato ad uno specifico cliente/progetto che, nell’ambito del gruppo di lavoro assegnato alla commessa, supporta il responsabile nella gestione di tutte le attività quotidiane, garantendo la costante connessione con tutte le funzioni centrali (HR, Finance, EHS).
Nello specifico il Contract Support – Assistente di Commessa ha le seguenti responsabilità:
Collaborazione con il team Finance per la gestione delle attività di chiusura mensile
Gestione del processo di fatturazione della commessa/progetto
Gestione dei fornitori (emissione numeri d’ordine, codifica dei nuovi fornitori, valutazione della performance delle attività subappaltate)
Supporto al responsabile per la creazione di specifici documenti e report relativi all’andamento della commessa,
Supporto alle funzioni Quality, EHS e People per la gestione di tutte le relative tematiche della commessa,
Identificazione ed implementazione di opportunità per il contenimento dei costi al fine di migliorare l’efficienza dei servizi erogati
Le candidature idonee per il ruolo di Contract Support – Assistente di Commessa dovranno possedere i seguenti requisiti:
Conoscenza della lingua inglese
Disponibilità a sopralluoghi in affiancamento al responsabile
Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, con specifico riferimento al programma Excel
Buone capacità relazionali
Buone doti organizzative
Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi
Attitudine al lavorare di squadra
Patente B

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to achieve working level skills in either a contracts database or Ariba Contracts Management Module.
