Position Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Specialist for the management of contracts/agreements within TrojanUV’s Municipal business. The contract specialist will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and helping negotiate commercial sales agreements, distribution agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. They will work with in close coordination with the contract managers, business unit leaders and other shared services partners.
As our Contract Specialist, you will act as the point of contact between our Regional Sales Managers, Contract Managers, Finance Team and sometimes the End User during the bidding process and PO negotiation to put Trojan in the best competitive position.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and helping negotiate commercial sales agreements, distribution agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
You will act as the point of contact between our Regional Sales Managers, Contract Managers, Finance Team and sometimes the End User during the bidding process and PO negotiation to put Trojan in the best competitive position.
Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's or Associates degree required.
3 to 5 years of contract sales experience preferred.
Knowledge/experience within a capital selling organization preferred.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment.
Internal drive focused on accountability and self-development.
Experience with Performance/Payments/Maintenance bonds, Bank Guarantees, or Letters of Credit as required by contract.
Experience with obtaining necessary insurance certificates and amendments, bonds, letters of credit, and bank guarantees.
