● Work with internal teams (e.g., Product and Engineering) to understand
solutions, use cases, and documentation requirements for retailers
● Produce high-quality documentation that is tailored to our target audience
● Create diagrams and other visual aids
● Edit content created by teammates
● Work with the Product Marketing team to understand and collaborate on positioning, tone and messaging
● Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
Qualifications
● Technical writing certificate or similar qualification
● Undergraduate degree
● Experience with Markdown and "documentation-as-code"
● Experience with API documentation
● Grocery and/or retailer industry experience
● Experience working at a tech startup, in e-commerce or in the technology sector

Contract Details: Expectation for weekly hours for the duration of the contract.
This a full-time contract, please expect to work 40-hours per week for the duration of the contract.
Additional Information
We are looking for an experienced Contract Content Writer/Technical Writer to work with our enterprise teams to document our white-label e-commerce capabilities, including online shopping, checkout, fulfillment, and order status management. You'll work directly with our Product Engineering and Management teams to understand our products, market, and audience, and then create a positive, engaging learning experience for retailers that will ultimately drive adoption and ubiquity of our products. Deliverables include release notes, product documentation, integration and deployment guides, FAQs, product tutorials, API documentation, and more.
