You are responsible for
Being the Gatekeeper of all contracts and owner of the contract registry
Finalizing non tender contracts, collect signatures and load contract prices to SAP
Maintaining centralized administration and storage for agreements
Monitoring contracts and follow up on customers prolongations together with the business units
Monitoring price increase possibilities to increase revenue together with the business units
Preparing value adds for contracts for external customers in line with contractual obligations
Responsibility for maintaining contract master data and populating change protocols, ensuring changes are implemented and coordinated both internally and externally after approval
Maintaining customer e-catalogues and portals
Maintaining, developing and adapting internal e-com database files to comply with changes in contracts
Being the expert on national contractual requirements related to e-com and proactively work to adapt and comply with upcoming changes
Create quarterly statistics related to master data as specified in contracts
Support implementation of Apttus, working as a key user and being the export support towards the sales team
Supporting internally with contract related questions
Communication with customer service upon “Special price” requests
Working with Order fulfillment Specialist to solve price discrepancy issues and ensure smooth order processing
You are a part of
Sales back office supporting Philips Health System Nordic market organization.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
Three years of experience in the local healthcare industry working with tender, contracts, procurement or similar
Knowledge of contract concepts, contract law or regulations
High collaboration skills and a will to team up and build trust
Time management, workload management & prioritization
Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and with procurement customers
Advanced IT skills in MS Office and MS Excel
Detail oriented
Ability to understand process flows and provide recommendations for improvement.
Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
Fluency in Swedish is a must
Fluency in any additional Scandinavian languages would be an asset
Good English written & verbal communication skills including presentations
