Here at GXO Logistics, we're looking for a Contract Managerto join the team at our Multi-Customersite inNorthampton. You'll be primarily responsible for the management & and leadership of the operational teams for multiple users on-site. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for professional, efficient, and effective running of customers in house operations, ensuring bespoke requirements are achieved and overcoming any challenges that arise.
This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll be working Sunday-Thursday, nightshift, between the hours of 2200-0600.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Working closely with the Head of Operational Support to ensure that we are effectively planning and controlling all areas of the warehouse operation Focus on optimisation, cost-saving and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and increased efficiency You will liaise with clients covering all aspects of warehouse operation, promotions, targets, errors and performance measures Proactively control costs through ongoing planning, evaluation and execution of effective and efficient operation
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous Senior Management experience is essential for this role Previous experience of successfully delivering change management initiatives Proven success in delivering costs, KPIs and good knowledge of CI principles Excellent people management skills with the ability to build credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
