About Contract Enablement Account Manager

  Job Description

To support the IDM 2.0 strategy, Intel is embarking on a transformative ERP project.

  To support this critical initiative, the Contract Enablement (CE) Team is seeking a dynamic and driven Contract Enablement Account Manager to manage their own internal "book of business;" independently capturing enablement opportunities from key indirect procurement groups and influencing executive stakeholders to drive contract compliance. The Contract Enablement Account Manager will network with critical stakeholders, develop strategies, and leverage existing contract experience to shape and deliver the future of Intel procurement.

  The Contract Enablement Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  Cultivate and influence key relationships with senior sourcing partners across Intel's indirect supply chain organizations.Effectively manage stakeholders and communicate risk while driving mitigating solutions.Develop and implement tailored broad-scope contract enablement strategies that optimize contract compliance goals, maximize the negotiated contract value, and deliver executable transactions within our Ariba ERP system.Execute, maintain, and evolve contract compliance setup processes for all contracts while ensuring governance and approval processes are followed.Support stakeholders in ongoing contract negotiations through creative application of legal, commercial, and systematic knowledge to maximize contract value and enablement potential.Plan and deliver results in ambiguous situations using data analytics and problem-solving skills.Experience building strategic relationships and partnering across matrixed organizations to develop enablement strategies and to influence optimal contract structures for system procurement.

  The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with transformational supply chain experience. Key skillset: a combination of business acumen, technical depth, organizational savvy and networking capabilities including exemplary communication skills to get results across multiple groups and disciplines.Candidate should show strong Influencing capabilities outside of direct responsibilities.Demonstrable experience driving complex internal business deals from conception to closure.Comfortable and familiar with complex legal and commercial terms and conditions.Communication, coordination, organizational and multitasking experience.

  Qualifications

  You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field

  You must have 4+ years of experience in the following:

  Supply Chain ManagementProcurementSupplier ManagementContract Negotiations

  AND

  1+ years experience negotiating complex contract commercial and legal terms and conditions.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Working experience and familiarity with Icertis CLM, Agiloft CLM, or a related CLM tool.Working experience and deep familiarity with the Ariba ERP system, specifically Ariba Procurement and AribaFamiliarity with Agile project management, IT architecture/systems design, Ariba Master Data Management, and back-end Ariba system maintenance.

  Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00

  *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

  Working Model

  This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
