Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced and motivated professional for a Contract Analyst role as part of the Americas Commercial Excellence group. The Ideal candidate should enjoy drafting, editing, and tracking contracts, demonstrating excellent attention to detail abilities. This will include partnering with multiple functional groups within the various Latin American regions to ensure we meet all deliverables in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a collaborative teammate who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Contracts Analyst will assume the responsibility to ensure accuracy in the development and maintenance of contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accomplishes complex and critical contract administration actions that have division-wide application pertaining to overall contracts management efforts.
• Analyze [or identify] contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure.
• Coordinates and seeks advisement from functional teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product Management) to ensure appropriate language and timely execution of contracts.
• Prepare, organize and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.
• Audit files for each contract, which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments or clarifications.
• Serve as a point of contact for contract-related questions for the Latin America/ South America region.
KEY EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
• Bachelor's degree in business and legal background or related field preferred.
• 3- 5 years of relevant work experience preferred. Experience with contract management, governance, and legal administration.
• Requires a high level of reading, comprehension, and dissemination of information in Spanish.
• Requires intermediate level speaking and reading of the English language.
• Intermediate level of Portuguese, desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to maintain detailed records and great attention to detail.
• Supportive team member and embraces teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
