SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Contract Administrator to support a services contract in Doha, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
Support the Program Manager.
Interpret and advise management on contract provisions.
Track contract modifications.
Track program contract deliverables.
Coordinate with corporate finance team to ensure appropriate contract funding is recorded.
Interface with corporate contracts team.
Prepare reports.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Associates degree with 6 years of experience may be substituted.
4 years of contract administration experience with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government program.
Proficient written and verbal communicator.
Expertise with Costpoint accounting system and Microsoft Excel required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Work Environment
Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
