Responsibilities:
Invoice shipped orders (per Incoterms)Communicate updates with customers.Resolve customer issues (late deliveries, incorrect shipments, etc)Coordinate shipments with local warehouseFollow up with supplier for PO delivery dates.Create, update, send and archive sales orders and purchase orders,Manage (create or receive, follow-up, communicate and archive) order related documents such as (order acknowledgement, receiving, delivery and invoicing documents)Assist the Project management office manager and project managers.
Qualifications:
College Diploma required.1 year of experience in a similar roleFunctional in French and EnglishStructured and organized.Autonomy and initiativeStrong customer focusTeamworkExperience dealing with the US or InternationalExperience in computerized management systems (SAP, MS office, Visio, Lotus notes, etc)Knowledge of logistics, transport, and customs
