-Define, develop, and execute acquisition strategy and achieve agreed order intake targets for assigned customer(s) and assigned segment.
-Execute all sales activities to achieve/improve target margins of existing business.
-Execute all tasks within sales process from G10-G110: (Pre-acquisition, Negotiation Phase, Order Intake, Project Development Phases, Spare Part Sales)
-Leads price, claim or contract negotiations from and towards customers
-Maintain business partner relationship
-Execution and handling of customer related external and internal reporting tools
Organize/attend technical exhibition e.g. Tech Day and promote ContiTech products-Sales Project Management
-Relationship Management (this includes internal and external departments).
-Market Intelligence
-Interpesonal Skills (Negotiation, Communication, Presentation, Intercultural Knowledge)
-Accountability & Reliability
-Drive Acquisition
-Financial Knowledge (financial parameters of customer project)
