　　Proven full-time experience in LEAN & continuous improvements in a manufacturing environment, preferably of customized, small series productsLean Six Sigma Black BeltStrong communicator and team player with different stakeholders in the organizationStructured way of workingHands-on approach to drive projects throughout their implementationExcellent language skills in German and English
