About Continuous Improvement Leader

　　Manufacturing Process Definition & Improvement focuses on manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency including: Analyze designs, methods and internal manufacturing processes. Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency. Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods. Implements continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, etc.) An Expert Professional (P5) is a recognized master in professional discipline typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Typically responsible for: Establishing operational plans for job area. Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results. Requires communication with leadership.
