* Responsibilities Include:*
Drive the link between individual activity, cost of goods sold, and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with project owners to build cost models for the quantification of continues improvement activities.
Track status of all Continues improvement projects and align timing with plant financial forecasts.
Calculate the monthly results using the ERP system across multiple product BU’s.
Support capex creation and justification
Monitor Capex performance for Continues improvement projects.
Report monthly results to key stakeholders.
Maintain plant opportunity tracker for resource justification and prioritization.
Lead Continues improvement projects as required
What your background should look like:
BS Engineering/Computer Science/Physical Sciences /Finance
5 years of related experience
Strong financial acumen.
Excellent technical manufacturing affinity and interpersonal communication
Positive, adaptable attitude that thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Highly effective written and verbal communication.
Proven success working with cross-functional groups (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Commercial)
Ability to navigate ambiguity and negotiate alignment with stakeholders.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $90,000 - $135,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
