In this role, the Consultant will need to have demonstrated experience in managing personal contingencies and emergencies, to ensure clients are adequately prepared for unexpected or disruptive events. In this role, you will:Bring demonstrated experience in the latest research, legislation, products, trends, and developments in contingency and risk planning to enhance organizational knowledge, promote financial health, and improve the effectiveness of business strategies.Design primary research to advance the firm's thought leadership in Advice and Planning.Establish an enterprise point of view on how consumer behavior impacts decisions related to potential risks and threats clients may face, such as health emergencies, job loss, natural disasters, or unforeseen financial burdens.Analyze data, identify patterns, and draw insights to inform the development of innovative advice tools and resources. Serve as subject matter expert in the accuracy and relevance of advice content.Prepare presentations to communicate contingency and risk planning insights to internal and external stakeholders including Wells Fargo lines of business, clients, advisors and relationship managers, the Office of Consumer Protection, Public Relations, employees, regulators, financial influencers, and communities.Collaborate on business initiatives with teams across the enterprise, including Consumer and Small Business banking, Consumer Lending, Wealth & Investment Management, Commercial, and Wells Fargo employees.Required Qualifications:
