The Content Solutions team seeks to leverage content on TikTok to create new marketing opportunities for brands. It is an innovative solution for driving incremental revenue for TikTok Business Solutions, allowing it to achieve greater tripartite wins between Brands x Users x TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Driving Opportunities
- Providing multi-dimensional solutions to fulfill demands of content marketing for our MENAT brands
- Discover monetisation opportunities via existing or new content and editorial programs and resources on our platform
- Identify opportunities for growth through scalable and relevant partnerships
- Work closely with research and creative teams to identify editorial opportunities
Marketing & Pitching
- Quantify the values of those opportunities and design marketable packages to empower TikTok's overall revenue abilities by balancing both community ecosystem and monetisation ecosystem.
- Develop best practices, processes, and tools to help discover, assess, and execute growth opportunities.
- Working closely with sales teams to identify and pitch content solutions and programs to clients
- Driving successful execution of projects up until reporting by ensuring harmonious collaboration between the user side team and the commercial team
- Preparing training and go to market material for new products under the CoST umbrella
- Analyse, recommend and implement improvement initiatives in and around app inventory
- Participate in strategic planning & analyse performance measurement metrics periodically
Qualifications
- Experience in branded content partnerships, publisher and creator ecosystems, campaign management or content strategy.
- Understand MENAT Advertising funnels, ecosystems, advertiser behaviours to identify opportunities in growth.
- Experience in scaling products, offerings, or business solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content strategy & partnerships.
- Ability to communicate with and lead cross-functional teams & projects
- Project managing expertise.
- Fluent Arabic & English language skills.
