Tandem Operations Team @ Autodesk

Position Overview
We are seeking a Content Program Manager to be a member of our Autodesk Tandem Operations team to collaboratively guide the development of our content strategy and establishing our content standards. To be successful in our role you need to be committed to helping our teams develop content for a variety of internal and external audiences. You will report to the Director of Operations and collaborate with our Customer Success, Marketing and Sales leaders in this remote position.
Preference for candidates in Boston or Bay Area, to work remote or hybrid/remote.
Responsibilities
Manage schedule, communications, risk, and planning for multiple content development programs of varying levels of complexity
Facilitate agreement, fact-based, data-driven decision-making between teams, functions, divisions, and partners
Steer program and delivery execution by providing oversight, recording decisions, escalating impediments, mitigating risks, and managing issues to resolution
Monitor and report on overall program status ensuring visibility to our team and partners
Organize and contribute to the content development and documentation of team decisions, outcomes, and strategic plans, providing easily accessible information
Manage team member communications by serving as the primary contact on program and initiatives within our team and across the Autodesk organization
Promote course corrections to our plan, involving the right people at the right time
Identify, propose, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to our operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS in a Business, Technology/Design Management, Marketing, or similar discipline
5+ years' experience managing complex software projects as a program manager
You have hands-on experience with teams focused on Content Development
You are a well-known collaborator excelling at negotiation and consensus building
You have prior experience on a geographically distributed team
You are execution-focused, accountable, detail-oriented, and driven, with strong copywriting skills
You facilitate timely team decisions collaboratively
You communicate and engage with team members of varying organizational levels
You have experience with a variety of team collaboration technologies such as Asana, Airtable, JIRA and Confluence

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,800 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
