Job Summary
As our Content Production Specialist, you will support - and find ways to improve - our content launch and maintenance processes. FranklinCovey is one of the world’s largest and most trusted leadership companies, with millions of learners and countless award-winning courses. Every year we launch two new courses and dozens of new micro courses and microlearning experiences – we need someone smart, driven and detail oriented to ensure launches go off without a hitch so our millions of learners can easily access our content in all modalities Your pre-launch file management requires coordination between and collaboration with multiple teams including Content, Visual Design, Platform, Localization, Sales and Operations to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of our complex, multi-million dollar courses.
Essential Job Functions
Works with various teams during content production to ensure the file quality meets FranklinCovey world-class standards. We need course materials to be error free and need your leadership to get there!
Manage the movement of files through multiple work streams to ensure that files go to the right people at the right times, maintain correct versioning, and meet final delivery standards. This is where you can bring your systems thinking and continually evolve our process for improvements.
As the project leader, owns and manages via a project plan maintenance/fixes to course materials that have already launched.
Take a proactive approach to quarterly content maintenance. You will lead communication to our internal teams on product questions, pull data and create reports on issues with existing courses to strategize with content leaders on what updates need to happen.

We need someone who not only triple checks their work (and others’), but also is a systems thinker who can strategize with cross-functional stakeholders and improve our delivery processes.

Our product group is relatively small compared to our learner and client scale, so you’ll be able to move quickly to reshape our strategy and provide great products.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degreePreferred Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in a production or operation support role.
Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to interpret, assess, and resolve issues.
Ability to work with stakeholders and external teams to influence better process.
Client-facing support and interaction.
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
Innovative—provides unique solutions to problems both big and small.
Obsessively organized.
Knows how to use tools such as Asana, and introduce new tools, to manage the work required to get to the end result.
For location-specific compensation:
Depending on location, pay could be salary or hourly. The amounts reflected below are indicative of annual totals.
California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $50-60k. Actual offer may be outside of this range and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
