About the Team:
The Content Programming Team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok content. The team works on creative solutions to bring key moments and content categories to life by launching content campaigns that inspire creativity from our diverse user base. By making use of ecosystem data we develop editorial-driven content campaigns and set measurable goals. Furthermore, we help to localise global or regional content initiatives and collaborate with many different internal cross-functions day to day. We're a fast-paced, results-oriented team, working across multiple projects and teams both in Berlin and globally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute DE editorial content campaigns, incl. XFN stakeholder management
- Localise and execute regional and global content campaigns
- Planning and execution of all in-app tools to optimise content discovery and accessibility
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify key moments to amplify on the platform
- Analyse and utilise data to make informed decisions with the goal of improving content consumption
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the digital media/tech industry, ideally with established expertise in content strategy and project management
- Deep passion for TikTok, mobile content, social media and popular culture
- Extensive project management experience working cross-functionally and with all levels of management
- Experienced with managing content driven campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion
- Experience in using data-driven insights
- Editorial background, expert in developing narratives and copywritting skills is a plus
- Photoshop skills for design adjustments is a plus
- Proficient in German language and advanced fluency in English
