  This role will be responsible for coordinate with relevant teams ensuring the implementation of defined content, measurement of content effectiveness, and optimization of content across channels, based on the campaign goals. It will support the Content Strategy Manager in developnig of content strategy, which includes planning, development, and management of content to enhance customer experience and support brand objectives.

   Your responsibilities:

  This position gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance in YOUR career, the main ones are: Collaborates in defining the content strategy that supports the development of purposeful content, personalized as per local Health Care Professionals (HCP ) needs/preferences. Shares specific guidance for local teams on designing the right content for the customer journeys, leveraging relevant global or local content for each touchpoint. Works cross-functionally to derive relevant customer insights to ensure data driven content development. Supports the development of content governance guidelines for design, tone, style, and voice of all content in alignment with Marketing, Medical & Compliance Coordinates with the relevant regional/global teams for guidance on content creation and shares with relevant LOC teams. Collaborates with Medical, Marketing & Sales teams to collect their inputs on local LOC nuances, scientific content/ HCP content preferences/needs etc. and shares with relevant teams for content planning & development. Coordinates with external agencies and internal teams to identify content topics most relevant to target HCPs and shares with relevant teams to accordingly modify brand's communication. Why YOU?

  Your qualifications:

  To achieve our goals, we are looking for professionals with the following characteristics:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or any other related study field. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in content management, marketing communications or advertising. Skilled interpreting the content analysis (e.g., page views, time on page, bounce rate, social shares, and conversions) to support refinement of content and optimization of the content strategy. Ability to effectively organize, store, and support the distribution of content (including digital assets) across various engagement channels. Experienced in supporting development of narratives / communications for customer engagement. Advanced English level to maintained fluid conversations with global teams.Candidates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team players and project management capacity will be valued.
