As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to design, deliver, and oversee engaging and effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal clients, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions considering instructional design best practices and the stated learning objectivesCreate and update learning materials, including online courses, videos, training modules, and instructional guides, using cutting-edge graphics, narrations, and gamification. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations (both in-person and virtually). Adapt your facilitation style to meet the needs of diverse audiencesManage and oversee learning programs (including curriculum development, logistics, and program evalutation). Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback collection. Continuously improve learning materials and delivery methods. Maintain comprehensive documentation of learning materials, program development, and participant progress through effective project management.Ensure the quality and accuracy of learning materials and deliverables. Leverage and adapt to new emerging learning techology/tools to create innovative learning experiences.
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelors in any disciple Atleast 4 years of experience in L&D-with experience in content development/instructional design and facilitationKnowledge of instructional theories (including assessments)Excellent project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency in software such as Articulate 360, Camtasisa, Adobe Suite, etc and MS SuiteFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory
