The APAC Ecommerce's Governance and Experience team furthers this mission by connecting buyers, sellers and content creators to ensure a seamless, trusted online shopping experience. We seek to inspire trust by designing and implementing end-to-end governance & experience programmes to enable a thriving international marketplace. The TikTok Commerce Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our platform is safe and trustworthy for not only users but also partners and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality.
What you'll do:
1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, and develop strategies and policies covering content and creator governance, to adhere to local cultures, regulations, nuances -- with a focus on SEA markets
2. Develop strategies and policies to mitigate risks, monitor, and raise the overall ecommerce content ecosystem quality and personalized recommendations
3. Engage cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate, pre-empt and analyse content and creator governance pain points; derive and implement action plans and operational workflows to resolve them
4. Develop and implement feedback loops and operational workflows to ensure the day-to-day quality of launches and implementation
5. Implement and review dashboards and cases as needed, to ensure day-to-day ecosystem health
6. Communicate and conduct training for new strategies and policies, to ensure their effective implementation
7. Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority emergency cases that may arise
Qualifications
8. Bachelor's degree
9. 4+ years working' experience; practical experience in Creator and Ecosystem Operations or Strategy, Social Media Content Safety, Trust & Safety, Internet Safety and related fields will be prioritised
10. Driven, motivated and proactive; excellent coordination, communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch plans
11. Familiarity with ecommerce compliance and ecosystem management - as well as strategic business sensitivity - will be advantageous
12. Familiarity with SEA e-commerce and/or social media content landscape will be advantageous
