As a Content and Events Vice President in the Inclusive Investing & Events team, you will be tasked with the development of strategy, planning, and execution of thought leadership live and virtual event content specifically tailored for the mass affluent audience. You will manage two direct reports and oversee the creation of event content. Your role will be integral to the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management marketing organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage two direct reports with a focus on performance, support & career development -you'll work together to build out this portfolio of event content
Collaborate with colleagues across Front Office, Marketing, Strategy, Compliance and Controls to Manage the content approval process to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
Content/Topic strategy, Talking Points - All AdTrax Approvals
Manage speaker coaching/prep calls
Partner with Marketing Execution on audience targeting and central send invites
Develop communication and Advisor Invites - Including developing internal communications plan, securing communication timeline/calendars .OFT sharing/Daily Digest/Wire plans & copy
Develop communications platform management - upload and distribution of invites and any other event materials
Develop and execute the content strategy to support large-scale, virtual and in-person events
Manage Internal & External speaker selection - including prep calls, calendar holds, content prep, etc.
Manage Event Collateral Management - such as takeaway sheets, PowerPoint slides; all Adtrax approvals
Manage Event content capture for various marketing/amplification/engagement opportunities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's Degree
5 plus years experience in events and or content curation, experience in media, marketing or the Wealth Management industry
Highly collaborative & enjoys working with others & can build strong relationships with various partner teams
A passion for detail and an ability to think creatively is critical
Strong writing and editing ability including the ability to tailor for specific audiences based on topic
Staying current on market conditions
Experience working with or managing freelancers and creative agencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management across our business
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
Occasional domestic travel may be required
Willingness to work in fast-paced environment and beyond traditional business hours when necessary.
