Consumer Marketing Strategy & Planning
• In collaboration with the Consumer Marketing Director, develops the consumer engagement yearly strategy for the brands, clearly aligning the role of paid, earned and owned to meet consumer insights and the overall brand objectives (awareness, engagement, recruitment, retention)
• Develops clear influencer, earned and owned guidelines with the objectives of: improving awareness and engagement KPIs, ensuring brand equity implementation, and transforming these channels into strong virtual selling platforms delivering sales results.
• Conducts annual and ad-hoc consumer analysis, leveraging all available data points, to constantly fuel team members and marketing strategies with EMEA consumer knowledge
• Works with global consumer marketing team to ensure EMEA consumer insights, strategies and needs are fuelling global strategy and initiatives. Continuously works on improving synergies and highlighting opportunities across consumer engagement functions.
• Drives development of all regional consumer marketing toolkits for always on, key shopping moments, key consumer moments and hero product campaigns, in line with annual consumer marketing plan and in collaboration with product marketing, paid media manager, online manager, education manager, creative and global teams
• Executes quarterly and ad-hoc asset gap analysis, drives regional asset development briefing in line with consumer insights, best practices and other data points
• Responsible for consolidation of market A&P mix and works jointly with local marketing teams to ensure alignment with EMEA strategy and guidelines
Consumer Marketing Execution
• Responsible for project management of all consumer engagement deliverables within timelines
• Works jointly with online, paid media manager and CRM manager to define, and at times regionally execute, innovative consumer engagement activations supporting brand.com animation plans, and Pan-European Pure Player campaigns
• Main Consumer Marketing point of contact for affiliate marketing teams. Ensures affiliate activation plans are aligned to EMEA strategy and A&P guidelines. Supports by ensuring campaigns and activations have the right clear and measurable KPIs aligned to business objectives.
• Supports key markets by identifying and developing regionally assets, tools and know-how to support local execution
• Drives regional development of assets for Pan-European, regionally negotiated activations, in collaboration with creative and at times global teams
Consumer Marketing Analysis and Reporting
• Responsible for consistently monitoring, analyzing and drawing key insights of consumer activations to fuel future strategies, toolkits, asset development.
• Drives best practice scaling across markets to ensure that initiatives that deliver business results are implemented as quickly as possible in other high opportunity markets
• Drives monthly competitor analysis to fuel markets, region and global on upcoming consumer engagement trends, innovative digital and online activations and identify white space opportunities for our brands
Qualifications
Experience in a digital marketing role, with proven track record of developing 360 consumer marketing activations driving business results. Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem (earned, owned, paid influencer, paid media, online, CRM) is a must. Experience in digital asset creative development is a plus. English Fluent
