About Consumer Marketing Coordinator, Balmain Beauty EMEA

  Position Summary:

  Defines the marketing strategy for the brand across our 17 affiliates and supports the consumer journey(s) combining all communication and distribution channels in close collaboration with brand's leadership.

  Job Description:

  Executes the Regional Consumer Marketing Strategy for the brand in all EMEA Markets:

  Contribute to build regional 360° Brand launch & activation Plan and support the markets in the execution at local level. Support in defining and optimizing the Consumer Journey(s) combining all communication and distribution channels. Gives clear guidelines and objectives and ensures smooth flow of information between Brand and DCM teams. Contribute to create and implement Regional Brand PR Strategy & recommendation for seeding, talents selection, Instagram and Tik Tok amplification. Support Affiliates in the organization of PR events (coordinating information flow, participant list, guests travel and oversee operational needs) while approving each step with Global Brand Consolidates inputs from Paid, Owned and Earned Media, works with the regional and local DCM teams on the full year media budget allocator.

  Contributes to Brand.com and CRM strategy in partnership with global, regional ad affiliates teams, building and supporting implementation and execution of Loyalty Program:

  Competition watch out & best practice implementation Collects, understands and share best practices from region, commercial and digital team Understands marketing strategy based on analysis of competitive landscape and trends in markets, customers, products, prices, and channels to identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement.

  Qualifications

  Minimum 2 Years Experience English Fluent Bac+5 in Marketing, Media or Communications Expertise of cosmetic industry Marketing & Digital background Excellent communication skills High interest and knowledge of social media and PR Strong project management and organizational skills
