Description
The Dynetics Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a part time Consulting Employee to work remotely in support of large engineering capture efforts. The CE will support advanced engineering capture efforts including engineering artifact development. Lead engineering capture team process managment to ensure a fully developed proposal baseline design is completed.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Engineering teams to create proposal baselines including all required artifacts to ensure a complete and robust engineering baseline is established prior to writing & costing of proposal.Coordinate efforts across multi-disciplinary engineering organizations to ensure appropriate level of support is provided.Coordinate internal design reviews and activities ensuring SME's have fully vetted cross discipline implications and fully documented technical risks.
Basic Qualifications
Domain knowledge of Engineering proposal baselines15+ years proposal management experienceMust be able to obtain and maintain a TS ClearanceMinimum required clearance to start of Secret w/ background investigation in last 5 yearsKnowledge of DOD proposal requirements and standardsMaster's degree in engineering discipline10+ years in systems engineering
Preferred Qualifications
25+ years of proposal management experienceExperience with >$100M pursuits developing the engineering proposal baseline
