Job Description What a Payment Platforms Consultant does at Visa:
The role holder will specialize in supporting our suite of value-add services (VAS) that includes our dispute system, risk management system and data analytics platform system as well as guiding our clients to use these optimally to maximize their business benefits. Key elements of the role include:
Use technical expertise blended with business acumen to solve complex problems and provide guidance to other team members
Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating and communicating the resolution of key client incidents or problems
Foster close partnership and collaboration with key external ecosystem stakeholders and internal groups such as Product, Technology and Client account teams to deliver growth objectives
Be the subject matter expert by leveraging deep knowledge of client pain points and creative problem-solving skills to propose potential enhancements and solutions
Provide technical aptitude and expertise for Visa’s products and services, adapt technical concepts to drive business outcomes. This includes developing knowledge of supporting technology, competitive technology, and in-house alternatives. Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Qualifications What you will need:
