　　What You'll Do Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and project managers, to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements Analyze existing processes, workflows, and business rules related to P&C insurance operations, identifying areas for improvement and innovation Design and develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively to development teams Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of user needs and pain points Stay current with industry trends and best practices in low-code/no-code technology and insurance domain What You Have
