We, the P&O Strategy & Data (ST&D) team, are dedicated to strengthening data-driven strategy development and deployment within the People and Organization (P&O) function to help us to better co-own the overall Siemens transformation.
What part will you play?
As a Consultant P&O Strategy (f/m/d), you will support our P&O strategy development and deployment process together with the ST&D team and coordinate selected related activities in alignment with MBM EXEC Office of our Chief People Officer, P&O Strategy teams within the Businesses, and Key Expert Functions.
In particular, you will:
Contribute to key strategic projects as part of the overall P&O strategy development (incl. responsibility for project modules), focusing on data analysis, presentation preparation, stakeholder management, etc
Support the coordination of our global strategy deployment driven by the respective topic owners
Drive the planning and preparation of key meetings of the P&O Leadership Team (e.g., workshops, strategy synchros)
Scan the most relevant external trends to provide impulse for moonshot discussions with the P&O Leadership Team and to continuously shape the P&O strategy beyond what it covers today

Are passionate, willing to work in an empowered environment and to continuously learn. In addition, your social competence and team spirit stand out
Have broad international and intercultural experience complemented by excellent English language skills
