Job Description Summary:
Manages a group of analysts that are responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards. This position requires determining key priorities for their team while also providing analytical and technical guidance to analysts to drive project completion. Key functions involve developing asset quality monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing strategic enhancements. Manages the team's analysis focusing on criteria margins, model score use, forecasting, portfolio trends, and demographic performance. Responsible for conducting interviews, training Card Strategy/ Consumer Products Analysts, and guiding all aspects of project development. Communicates business trends creates financial assessments and interprets analytics for senior management. Proven experience at developing technical skills of their team. Sound knowledge of SAS / SQL, financial statements, and business processes preferred. 5+ years Strategy Management experience preferred.

Manages the team's analysis focusing on criteria margins, model score use, forecasting, portfolio trends, and demographic performance. Responsible for guiding all aspects of project development. Communicates business trends to senior management, creates financial assessments and interprets risk analytics. Sound knowledge of SAS / SQL, financial statements, and business processes preferred. 5+ years risk management experience preferred.
This role will manage a team of analysts within Client Protection Strategy Integration. The focus of the team is to partner with fraud strategy teams to ensure successful installation and deployment of fraud strategy rules.
Develop and manage new Quality Assurance program across Strategy Integration including but not limited to:
Statistical sampling methodologies, Scorecard development, process improvements, defect management, root cause preventionBusiness process design, data models, data flow design and integration across business units
Required Skills:
5+ years prior experience in a Leadership roleAbility to drive projects/initiatives; Change ManagementStrategic thinking: Intellectual curiosity and strong urge to figure out the "whys" of a problem and come up with solutionsAble to interact and present effectively with all levels of leadershipAttention to detail - defect management and quality controlsStrong organizational skills to ensure team deadlines are met
Desired Skills:
Project Management Experience, Strategy development, Reporting, Technology backgroundStrong knowledge of Fraud and/or general knowledge of Fraud systems (i.e. FLASH, SFM, TSYS, Brainiac)Quality Assurance program development and execution
