　　Bachelors in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Experience as Data Analyst/Process Design or similar role in financial services industry.Effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and complete user acceptance testing. Talent for combining business acumen with analytical skills, interpret large amounts of data, synthesize multiple analysis into a coherent message, and translate into actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project delivery dates.Comfortably communicate (oral and written) with team members and customers to influence outcomes.Proficient in independent work and team projects, executing on-time and with precision.Create, review, and monitor requirement documents needed to support repeatability, business continuity, governance, and audit requirements.Stay current with the latest developments in Bank of America approved software and applications.
